🛠️ TLF Apparel Product Warranty Policy
TLF Apparel products are backed by a 90-day warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that become apparent within the first month of regular wear.
We are committed to producing premium-quality athletic apparel designed to withstand tough workouts and daily use. However, if you experience a product issue that appears to be a defect, we’re here to help.
✅ Examples of Acceptable Defects:
- Seams coming apart or loose stitching (not to be confused with end stitching or minor stitching irregularities that do not affect the garment’s function)
- Broken zippers or faulty hardware
- Fabric tears or holes present upon arrival
- Crooked or misaligned logos or prints
- Stains or discoloration on new, unworn items. (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
To initiate a claim, please submit a support ticket with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the full item and showing the issue
Our customer support team will review your submission and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a refund, store credit, or replacement.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- TLF Apparel reserves the right to inspect and assess the item to determine whether it qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
- In many cases, the item must be returned and physically assessed before compensation can be offered. Return instructions will be provided if this step is necessary.
- Not all issues will be deemed defective. If an item shows signs of use but no qualifying defect, it may not be eligible for full compensation.
- Used merchandise returned without a valid defect will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and may be returned to you at your expense if deemed ineligible for a refund.
