🌍 International & Military Returns Policy


International and military (APO/FPO/DPO) customers are now responsible for all return shipping costs. At this time, we are only able to process returns for eligible items shipped from outside the U.S. if the return is initiated and paid for by the customer.

What This Means for International and Military Customers:

  • International and military returns are accepted, but customers must cover all return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
  • If you choose to return your order from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk.
    We cannot guarantee that the return will be received, processed, or refunded if it is lost or delayed.
  • Any international or military return packages received by our warehouse will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a refund or store credit will be issued accordingly.
  • We are unable to generate return labels or offer prepaid return services for international or military shipments at this time.

Exchanges:

At this time, exchanges are not available for international or military orders.
