My item was returned. When can I expect my refund?

Please keep in mind that your items must be received and inspected before a refund, store credit, or exchange is issued.  TLF does not offer instant returns. 

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of being delivered to TLF HQ. 

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer (10-15 business days)due to volume.

Once your return has been inspected and processed, please allow 3-5 days for it to appear on your original payment method.
