My package says delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?Updated 6 days ago

**MISSING PACKAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION**


TLF kindly asks that customers please report delivery issues within 24-48 hours of receiving your delivery confirmation email so that we made aware of the matter immediately.  We deliver orders based on the delivery address provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. We are NOT responsible for compensation if this information is inaccurate or entered incorrectly. 

TLF is not responsible for orders that have been marked as "delivered", but have not been received. Once a package leaves our distribution facility, it is the courier's responsibility to ensure delivery. 

Please note: We must wait a minimum of 7 days after the package has been marked as delivered to file a claim with the courier. Please send us a message to assist with filing a claim on your behalf.

Before submitting a claim, we suggest that you ask your neighbors, anyone else in your household or your front desk to make sure the package was not missed.

As the recipient, you may immediately contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues to expedite your resolution. 

My package was marked as "not delivered" or "lost in transit", will you reship my package?

In cases where a package has been marked as "not delivered" or "lost in transit", TLF will assist you with a compensation method of reshipping your order, providing a refund, or store credit.
