  • Items received damaged, dirty, or without tags, are subject to a 25% restocking fee or return rejection if deemed non-sellable. In this case, the item may be returned to you. (Please note dirty items include: Pet Hair, Deodorant Marks, Bodily Fluids, etc.)
  • Items that are received after our 30-day return period cannot be refunded without management approval, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days once the product is received at our facility from USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to appear back on your bank statement.
  • Please note, Refunds may take longer to be processed throughout official Holidays.
