Easily Initiate Requests: Exchange and return requests can be made effortlessly using our online portal. Just click Returns and input your order number along with your email.


Flexible Timeframe: You have a generous 30-day window from the delivery data to make any returns or exchanges.


Timely Returns: Ensure that items reach TLF within 14 days of receiving the return mailing label. Remember, return labels expire after 14 days.


Quality Check: Please ensure all items are in pristine condition, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed, with their original hang tags still attached.


Hassle-Free Policy: Simply initiate your return within 30 days of delivery through our user-friendly returns portal.


Shipping Assistance: We cover shipping costs for your first return within the United States.

Subsequent returns from the same order will require you to cover the shipping fees.


Global Returns: Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. 


Military Returns APO/FPO/DPO:  Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.


Outlet Exclusions: Please note that items from our outlet section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Efficient Exchanges: Exchange orders are processed promptly upon receipt and approval of returned items.


Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive it for our returns team to process your return order.


During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer (10-15 business days) due to volume.


Quality Assurance: Exchanged items must meet our quality standards, being undamaged, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags intact. Items not meeting these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.


Guideline Adherence: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with these guidelines, ensuring fairness and consistency for all our customers.
