Don’t Worry—You Won’t Lose The Eligible Value.

When you use a Cash Coupon on an order, the discount is spread proportionally across all eligible items based on their purchase value.

If you return an eligible item, we’ll restore the portion of the Cash Coupon that was applied to that item by issuing you a new Cash Coupon.

If part of the item’s purchase price was paid using another payment method, that portion will be refunded according to TLF’s Return Policy.

For exchanges, we’ll apply the eligible Cash Coupon value associated with your original item toward the replacement item and adjust for any difference in price.

Good To Know: Cash Coupon value is always returned as Cash Coupon value—not cash, PTS, or a refund to another payment method. Returns and exchanges must meet TLF’s Return Policy and be received and approved before a new Cash Coupon is issued.
